Dogs

It all started when Mica, the pit bull that lives next door, was hanging out on her front lawn:


Tank, a five-month old Rottweiler puppy that lives across the street decided to come and play with Mica:


I thought it was interesting that full-grown Mica, seven-month old Kade, and five-month old Tank were pretty much all the same size.. though Tank's big clumsy paws were smacking Kade and Mica in the head and after a while, they got quite tired of that (Mica barked at him and Kade just went and lay down, and Tank ran like a happy idiot between the two, cajoling them to play some more).

Yeah, pitt bulls are a lot smaller than a lot of people seem to think.

Aww, doggies! Wish I had some romping doggies in my yard. Wish I had a yard. o_O

Yeah, but she's solid muscle while Kade is just a fluff-ball! :P Tank (the Rottie) is solid too, it's just going to be so hilarious when he grows to be almost twice their size and still think he's similar in built to them!

My girl is not a fan of the playing-with-others. Too prissy for that, I think.

Well, Kaiser isn't either. I think it's partly to do with breed and partly to do with socialization at a young age. Maybe German Shepherds are just more protective and wary that they don't really like to run around like happy idiots on the lawn?

Kaiser is almost always scornful of other dogs. They're too beneath him to bother. :P
