Need vs. Want
May. 19th, 2006 04:03 pmCurious to see what people consider as necessities in life. I mean, truly, we could live on water and bread; but what do you feel you need to make your daily life livable? Answers are simplified to merely:
a) Must Have- you pay for or use, or believe you'd go crazy without
b) Waste of Money- you don't pay for or use, or find hard to justify people pay money for this, or don't see the point
I know there is grey area, of "splurges" that are technically not a waste of money, and things that you "sometimes get but don't necessarily need" (so it's not a must have but neither is it a waste), but you only have two choices, so make yourself pick one or the other.
