I found the following note in the computer room at work:

Oh yeah, yesterday, our tickets for our 12-day honeymoon to Malaysia arrived in the mail today. Express Mail.

I tore open the flat envelope with zeal. Fingered the tickets. Checked the names and the dates. The flight itinery. Our honeymoon.

Honeymoon tickets on Monday. Wedding bands this past Saturday.

Wow, are things whirling fast. (I think I said, again, "Wow, we're really getting married!")
